Club acts quickly after fifth defeat in a row at Accrington We understand, from a report in Sky Sports, that Barnet manager, Ian Hendon has been sacked by the club following the Bees’ 1-0 defeat at Accrington Stanley last night. The defeat was the Bees’ fifth in a row and leaves the club just four points above Grimsby Town in 22nd place in League Two with just two matches left. Barnet travel to Blundell Park for an away match with the Mariners on Saturday and are at home to promoted Rochdale on 8th May. A draw at Grimsby or a win at home to Rochdale would confirm the club’s League Two status for another season. Further news concerning Ian Hendon and who will take care of the club for the last two matches of the season to follow.
