Hendon in race against time

Barnet defender Ian Hendon could return to action against Bristol Rovers as he continues to recover from a foot injury.

The 36-year-old has missed the last two Bees matches because of the problem but could feature against Rovers as Paul Fairclough's side aim to win their fourth successive match.

"I've had a bit of a rest," said Hendon.

"Hopefully I'll be in contention for the Bristol Rovers game, and, if not, the match at Grimsby the following weekend."
