Hendon: Furlong has future at Bees
The 40-year-old former Chelsea man is on-loan at Underhill from Southend and has rolled back the years of late, bagging four goals in his last three games to propel the Bees towards League Two safety.[LNB]And his form has prompted Hendon to offer him a home in North London if he decides to continue his career into a 20th season.[LNB]"We'll see what happens at the end of the season," Hendon said. "Paul knows what I think about him, though.[LNB]"He may decide that he feels he is too old to carry on playing football. But he has been great for us and I would love to have him here."[LNB]Hendon is also waiting to hear from QPR over his application to extend goalkeeper Jake Cole's loan deal.[LNB][LNB]
