Hendon: Bees were hard done by
Scott Boden scored his first goal of the campaign nine minutes after replacing Derek Niven to earn Chesterfield a seventh home win of the season.[LNB]It was a fourth consecutive away defeat for the Bees, but Hendon was not too downhearted.[LNB]"Sometimes you don't get what you deserve," he said. "We had it tough on the road in the last few games but that performance was what I want from my players.[LNB]"We were much more solid and showed more determination than we have in previous weeks. We didn't get what we deserved and in general we could have got something from it.[LNB]"The lads know that is the minimum requirement away from home and they are all bitterly disappointed with the scoreline but there are not too many complaints from me. That was a better performance than we have been putting in and I can take heart from that against a very good side."[LNB][LNB]
