Hendon: Bees must be more arrogant

Hendon has seen his side start the campaign brightly, and after beating Dagenham 2-0 in midweek the Bees are sitting in eighth place, six points behind leaders Bournemouth. Hendon said: "We said we would reassess where we are at after 10 games. "We've played some good sides and we've done okay so far. If you had said to me before the season started that we would have this amount of points after 10 games, I would have been delighted, but I still think we could have had more points on the board. "As soon as the players start to believe that too, the better. "I believe in my players and they must start to believe in themselves more. They need to have a bit of arrogance, not complacency. They are good players and they must believe that."
