Hendon backs below-par Bees

The home side looked to be on the way to a share of the spoils after Ismail Yakubu's second-half header cancelled out Cian Hughton's first-half strike.[LNB]However, Lenell John-Lewis had other ideas, heading in Joe Anderson's cross from ten yards to condemn the Bees to just their second home defeat of the season.[LNB]"There was some naive defending at the end and I'm obviously not happy but I'm not going to tear strips off my players after that performance," said Hendon. "We will have to pick ourselves up after this and get ready for a tough game against Morecambe next week.[LNB]"It was a bit of a kick in the teeth to be honest and I'm slightly perplexed because we put in a good performance and deserved more than we got.[LNB]"We created many chances throughout the game and credit to them for putting their necks on the line and getting so many blocks in."[LNB][LNB]
