Hatch concern grows

Barnet striker Liam Hatch has been booked in for an appointment at the Moorfields Eye Hospital on Tuesday as he continues to struggle with the sight in his left eye.

The 22-year-old has already been to the eye unit at North Middlesex Hospital but specialists there were unable to solve the problem.

Hatch told the Bees' official website: "The specialists said last week that they don't know what it is. They've taken swabs and I hope to get an answer on Tuesday.

"Meanwhile, I'm not too good. I can only see out of one eye - the other is still closed, but I'm not wearing a patch."
