Paul Fairclough has agreed to spend a fifth season as Barnet manager and is keen to bring up to four new players to Underhill this summer.
The former Stevenage Borough manager has been in charge of the Bees since March 2004, guiding the club to promotion from the Conference and establishing them in League Two.
Spokesman Dennis Signy told the club's official website: "There's a good working relationship between chairman Tony Kleanthous and the manager and, as indicated at a recent fans' forum, the status quo is set to continue.
"There's no doubt that the dream team of Paul and assistant Ian Hendon, both wholeheartedly committed to the Barnet cause, has provided more plusses than minuses.
"Paul has recently indicated that he intends to announce his retained list next week and he has also indicated that he plans to bring in three, maybe four, players, to the squad."
