Barnet boss Paul Fairclough felt his side deserved at least a replay, following their 1-0 FA Cup fourth round defeat at home to Bristol Rovers.

The Bees missed an early penalty at Underhill and were eventually undone by a Rickie Lambert strike four minutes into the second half.

Fairclough commented: "All the players are wounded, as am I. Their first-half performance was the best I've seen since I've been here and the display definitely deserved a replay.

"Hopefully this game will move us forward. In the first half, I think we taught them a lesson in how to play football.

"Our play wouldn't have looked out of place in the Premier League, they couldn't get near us.

"The goal unsettled us just after half-time. It was a fortuitous goal and it changed the complexion of the game. I believe we should still be in the cup."
