Barnet boss Paul Fairclough has warned his players that he will not tolerate another sending-off this season.
Jason Puncheon earned the Bees' tenth red card of the season in the 2-0 home defeat by Peterborough United and Fairclough has had enough of his side's indiscipline.
He said: "I have asked the players in the changing room to commit that no-one else will be sent off for the rest of the season for indiscipline.
"It is the tenth time it has happened this season and it can't continue. Give me eleven players on the pitch and we can compete against anyone in this league, so we can't tolerate only having ten.
"Our goalkeeper did not need to make a save. Both goals were sucker punches from set-pieces.
"We have matched the best side in the league with ten men, so I can only imagine what would have happened with eleven."
