Barnet midfielder Neal Bishop looks certain to leave the Bees this summer after spending only one season at Underhill.
The 26-year-old former Scarborough and York City player has turned down the offer of an improved contract and asked the club to transfer-list him.
Bees boss Paul Fairclough told the club's official website: "Neal has indicated that he wants to leave.
"The club have made him a very good offer of an improved contract that would have put him in line with Barnet's top players but he hasn't accepted."
Bishop is currently recovering from the knee ligament problem he sustained in the win at Accrington Stanley earlier this month.
