Barnet manager Paul Fairclough has started planning for next season by agreeing a deal to bring Hemel Hempstead Town striker Anthony Thomas to Underhill.
The 24-year-old has scored 77 goals in his last two seasons with the Southern League Premier side.
Thomas told the Bees' official website: "I'm grateful to Barnet for giving me the chance to play in the Football League and I'm looking forward to the challenge.
"I've heard all about the ambitions of the club and hope to be part of a squad that will challenge for promotion to League One. This excites me."
