Bees suffer Gillet woe

Barnet boss Paul Fairclough has been dealt a blow with the news that French left-back Kenny Gillet could be sidelined for up to two months with a metatarsal injury.

The 21-year-old sustained the injury in the first half of Saturday's 1-0 win at Chesterfield and had to be replaced at half-time by Nicky Nicolau.

Bees physio Mark Stein confirmed on the club's official website: "Kenny has fractured the base of the second toe in his right foot."

Meanwhile, Ismail Yakubu could also be set for a spell out of the side after picking up a calf injury at Saltergate.
