Bees star doubtful for Stanley clash

The former Millwall midfielder lasted just 12 minutes of the 2-2 draw at Crewe last weekend before hobbling off with a side strain and he is unlikely to be fit to face Stanley. Nicky Deverdics is hoping to take his place if manager Ian Hendon persists with a three-man midfield, while striker Jake Hyde could come into the side if the Bees revert to a 4-4-2. Target man Ben Wright is in contention for a debut after signing on loan from Championship strugglers Peterborough. Defender Ismail Yakubu is again close to fitness after eight games out with a back injury and may make his overdue return at Underhill, while veteran striker Paul Furlong is out for another fortnight with his eye problem.
