Bees striker makes Ebbsfleet move
The 19-year-old has been restricted to six substitute appearances for the Bees this season and has had previous loan spells with Farnborough, Lewes and Hemel Hempstead Town.
Charles, whose only goal for Barnet came in a pre-season friendly draw against Arsenal, is the third Bees striker to be allowed out on loan, with Cliff Akurang at Rushden for the season and Luke Medley at Woking until January.
