O'Flynn scored his first goal of the season in Friday night's 3-1 win at Northampton which leaves Ian Hendon's Bees fourth in League Two. The striker said: "Winning is a habit and we just want to go out and win every game now. "We know what it feels like and we know how to do it. "We've got a good team spirit this season and we've got a good bunch of lads. "We've started well but nobody is going to get complacent when Ian Hendon is the manager."
