Barnet boss Mark Stimson will unveil an unnamed new signing when his side host Charlton in a pre-season friendly at Underhill on Saturday. Forward duo John O'Flynn and Paul Furlong left over the summer to join Exeter and Kettering respectively, but Stimson has now found another player to add to his frontline. The mystery player, who has Premier League experience, trained with the Bees squad on Friday. Lee Sawyer, who played seven games for the club on a short-term contract early this year, is also included in the squad to face the Addicks. On the unnamed new signing, Stimson told the club's official website: "He will get 45 minutes against Charlton. I hope Barnet fans will turn up to have a look and support all the newcomers we have on view. "We've got some creative players who will cause problems in League Two this season. I'm very happy with our progress. I've got players who really want to kick on and make their name in the game."
