Bees make appeal for volunteers

There are currently three inches of snow on the Underhill surface which has not been used since the 0-0 draw with Northampton on December 28 and the game at the weekend could also be in doubt.

Groundsman Barry Moggridge said: "If the snow doesn't clear by Friday morning I would be very appreciative if some of our fans could volunteer.

"We need to remove the remaining snow from the pitch in an extended effort to get Saturday's game on."

Meanwhile, the postponed trip to take on Accrington has been rearranged for Tuesday February 2.
