Bees boss keeping feet on ground

Hendon has seen his side warm up for the new campaign with a run of unbeaten games but admits that the real test begins on Saturday with the trip to Lincoln. Hendon said: "We have been unbeaten in pre-season, so in that respect I am very pleased, but we aren't going to get carried away with it because there are no points to be won during this time of year. "It's all about getting the balance and shape of the team right for the new season and getting minutes on the board for everyone. "It's pleasing that we aren't getting beat though because that is always a boost to morale, but it's the first game of the season that really counts."
