Barnet midfielder Nick Bailey has hit out at clubs who underestimate them, claiming it helps the Bees prepare better for games.
Paul Fairclough's men have made a good start to their first Football League campaign since 2001 and, despite being in ninth position, they are only four points adrift of League Two leaders Notts County.
Bailey said: "A few teams underestimated us. We read some comments and it fired us up.
"We won the Conference last year and we are in this league to do well, not just to make up the numbers."
