Albert set to leave Underhill Barnet's exciting young winger, Albert Adomah has refused the latest contract offer by the club that would have seen him offered 20% above what any player has ever been offered before by the club. Albert joined the club from Harrow Borough in January 2007 and quickly established himself as an Underhill favourite. He has made 112 league appearances for the Bees and scored 19 goals. Adomah feels that he can play at a higher level of football. Meanwhile, Barnet have decided not to take up the option of one year contract extension on Jake Hyde, who joined last summer from Swindon Town. The 19 year old striker, who was voted Barnet Young Player of the Year, could still stay at the club if the new manager decides that he wanss to keep him, but Hyde has the option of looking for a new club as well.  Jake has scored 6 league goals in 34 appearances for the Bees. Half of his league appearances have been as a substitute. Meanwhile, Bees legend, Ian Hendon, whose contract as manager was termintated shortly before the end of the season, has accepted the offer of manager of Blue Square South club, Dover. He succeeds former Bee, Andy Hessenthaler who has become the new manager of Gillingham. Former Barnet striker, Adam Birchall joined Dover last summer after being released by Hendon.
