Toni determined to win for Klinsi

Bayern Munich striker Luca Toni has called on his team-mates to "win for the coach" in Saturday's Bundesliga fixture with Eintracht Frankfurt. Bayern coach Jurgen Klinsmann is under immense pressure following Wednesday's humiliating 4-0 defeat by Barcelona in the Champions League. That came on the back of an even more embarrassing 5-1 reverse at Wolfsburg last weekend and Klinsmann's future hinges on whether his side can still go on and win the Bundesliga this season. Italy striker Toni has given Klinsmann his backing and insisted he and his team-mates will do all they can to keep him in his job. "If it is anybody's fault, it is all of ours. It would be too easy to blame the coach," he said. "We have to show everybody that we want to win the Bundesliga. We have to try and win for the coach and for the whole team. "More than for the coach, we have to play for Bayern. Not only the coach is in a difficult situation, but we all are too." Should Bayern fail to win at home to Frankfurt on Saturday, Klinsmann's short reign in charge could come to an immediate end. He arrived last summer to fill the big shoes of Ottmar Hitzfeld, who had just secured a league and cup double. Bayern crashed out of the DFB-Pokal in the quarter-finals to Bayer Leverkusen and are set to fall at the same stage of the Champions League to Barcelona. The only way to salvage any pride from this season would be to win the Bundesliga. "That would not make it a beautiful season but at least a bit successful," added Toni."If we don't win the league, then it will be a failure."
