Maxwell hails coach Guardiola

Barcelona defender Maxwell has lauded head coach Josep Guardiola as the best manager he's ever worked under.

The 28-year-old has played under Jose Mourinho, Roberto Mancini and Ronald Koeman while at Internazionale and Ajax during his career but Guardiola, who starred for the Catalan giants during his playing days, is his stand-out selection.

Speaking to Barca TV, the Brazilian said: "He is the most complete coach I've ever had. He understands so much about football, talks a lot with the players, is very open and very well prepared.

"He is a very comprehensive coach and is highly motivated to win even more."
