Barcelona coach Luis Enrique is looking forward to facing his former club Celta Vigo when the two sides square off at Balaidos on Wednesday.

Barca warmed up for the midweek encounter with Sunday's 4-1 triumph over Levante.

The win at the Camp Nou ensured the Spanish champions kept their perfect league record after four games.

The Blaugrana take on a Celta side that is also unbeaten and lies two points adrift of them in the standings after winning 2-1 at Sevilla on Sunday.

Luis Enrique, who coached Celta in the 2013-14 campaign before joining Barca, said on his club's official website: "Celta are one of the most entertaining teams to watch, not just in Spain but in Europe."

Lionel Messi is in fine form heading into the contest, having scored twice against Levante and setting up another goal.

The Argentinian missed out on a hat-trick, though, when he skied a penalty over the crossbar.

Enrique said: "He was a little human. He missed a penalty, but finished with two goals and an assist."

Real Madrid, who are level on points with Celta, travel to Bilbao to face Athletic on Wednesday on the back of a 1-0 triumph over Granada at the weekend.

Karim Benzema scored for the fourth game in a row to hand Los Blancos their third league win of the campaign.

Rafa Benitez's side are the only Primera Division club yet to concede a goal this season.

Athletic, meanwhile, have won just one of their opening four games and fell 3-1 at Villarreal last time out.

Atletico Madrid are without midfielder Koke for Tuesday's home game against Getafe.

The Spain international sustained a hamstring injury during his team's 2-0 win at Eibar on Saturday.

Villarreal have won their last three league games by the same score, 3-1, and travel to Andalusia on Wednesday to face a Malaga side that is without a victory so far.

On the same night, bottom side Sevilla will look to end their miserable league form when they visit winless Las Palmas.

The Europa League winners have collected just two points from their opening four games.

Valencia, who were held to a 0-0 result at home to Real Betis on Saturday, visit Espanyol looking for their second victory of the campaign.

David Moyes' Real Sociedad are winless and travel south to face Granada on Tuesday while Sporting will attempt to build on Sunday's 3-2 win at Deportivo when they visit Rayo Vallecano the following night.

Eibar, whose defeat to Atletico was their first of the season, take on strugglers Levante at the Ciutat de Valencia stadium while on Thursday Real Betis lock horns with Deportivo.
