Outgoing president Joan Laporta has revealed that Yaya Toure is on the verge of leaving Barcelona.
The Ivory Coast midfielder is currently away on World Cup duty in South Africa but Laporta - who will be succeeded at the Camp Nou helm by newly-elected president Sandro Rosell next season - expects Toure's exit to be confirmed soon.
Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal have all been mentioned as possible transfer destinations for the versatile 27-year-old midfielder.
"The sale of Toure is very advanced," confirmed Laporta.
City are believed to be Toure's preferred club as he would link-up with brother Kolo at Eastlands.
