Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta says he will take his time to ensure a full recovery from a leg injury which is likely to sideline him for at least two months.
The 24-year-old Spain international suffered the problem in the 1-1 Champions League draw at home to Swiss side FC Basel, with later scans showing a torn muscle in his right leg.
Iniesta told Marca: "All I'm worried about is getting better. I have to be calm and think about myself.
"I had hoped it was something less serious, but it is what it is. I don't feel great, but looking backwards serves no purpose."
Barca club doctor, Ricard Pruna, told the club's official: "We've spoken to the player so that he knows the most important thing is for him to be calm, as that is the way to recover from this type of injury.
"I would suggest a recovery period of six to eight weeks before he returns to playing, so that this injury does not bother him again in the future."
