Guti ruled out of Barca showdown
Real Madrid playmaker Guti has been ruled out of this weekend's Primera Division showdown with Barcelona because of injury.
The veteran midfielder damaged his left ankle during training on Wednesday and, after being taken to hospital for tests, it was confirmed he would not be fit to face Barca. It is not yet known how many matches Guti will miss in total, however.
Saturday's clash at the Bernabeu pits the leading two sides in La Liga against each other, with Barca currently four points clear of Madrid with five games remaining.
