Samuel Eto'o claims he was not man-of-the-match despite scoring four times in Barcelona's 6-0 rout of Real Valladolid.
The Cameroon striker bagged a quartet of goals in the first half before being replaced in the 75th minute to a standing ovation from the Camp Nou crowd.
"I don't think I have ever scored four goals in the same match before," admitted Eto'o.
"But I do not think I was the man of the match. I did my job, which is to put the ball in.
"The team played fantastically and against a brave team, who came here to play.
"We are working very well. You have the feeling that it's easy for us, but it is all the result of working well and hard.
"When you work like that you create chances and with the players we have we'll score goals."
