European champions Barcelona host Stuttgart at the Camp Nou tonight with a place in the last eight of the UEFA Champions League up for grabs.

- Barcelona V Stuttgart LIVE from 8pm

After a 1-1 draw in the first-leg, Barca will be looking to make home advantage count as they look to successfully defend the title they claimed against Manchester United last year.

And although the Catalan giants are heavy favourites to progress, Stuttgart's unbeaten record in this season's competition makes them dangerous opponents.

Pep Guardiola's side would go through with a 0-0 draw but that looks an unlikely outcome with Barca's attacking inclination and the visitors need to score.

The Spaniards' captain Carlos Puyol has been absent with a back complaint recently but could feature if he passes a late fitness test. If Puyol is unable to play then his place is likely to be taken by Gabriel Milito, although Rafael Marquez is also in contention to start.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic will return to the starting XI after serving a domestic ban, while Thierry Henry could start ahead of Bojan Krkic after impressing as a substitute in the weekend win over Valencia.

Eric Abidal and Seydou Keita both remain sidelined with groin and hamstring injuries respectively, while influential midfielder Xavi has been ruled out with a leg muscle problem.

Visitors Stuttgart enter tonight's game on the back of a disappointing defeat to high-flying Shalke on Friday night.

Despite that loss, new manager Christian Gross has impressed since taking charge of the German club.

French centre-half Mathieu Delpierre is available for selection after serving a suspension, while fellow defender Stefano Celozzi is back in training following illness.

Gross will still be without long-term absentees Martin Lanig, Arthur Boka and Sven Ulreich but has no other problems to contend with.
