Barcelona defender Adriano will miss Saturday night's clash with Sevilla after failing to take a full part in pre-match training.
The Brazilian was taken off after just 38 minutes of Barca's 2-1 win over Granada last weekend and missed the 2-0 Champions League defeat at AC Milan on Wednesday.
"The problems in his left hamstring have persisted and the player will not take part in the league game against Sevilla," a statement on the club's website confirmed.
Aside from Adriano assistant coach Jordi Roura has a full squad to choose from with Eric Abidal finally being given the all-clear to play after nearly a year out following his liver transplant.
David Villa has already returned to the squad after missing the last two games with kidney stone pain.
