Portuguese left-back Silvio is set to join Benfica on a season-long loan from Atletico Madrid, the Spanish club announced on Tuesday.
"Atletico Madrid and Benfica have reached an agreement for the loan of Silvio to the Lisbon team for the upcoming season," the La Liga side in a statement.
Silvio, 25, joined Atletico from Braga in 2011 and spent last season on loan at Deportivo La Coruna.
He has been capped seven times by Portugal.
