Atalanta firm over Floccari

Atalanta have ruled out the possibility of Sergio Floccari leaving the Atleti Azzurri d'Italia in January.

The highly-rated playmaker has been linked with a transfer window move to AS Roma, but director of sports Carlo Osti claims Floccari will only leave in the summer.

"He will stay until the end of the season," he revealed. "It's a decision that we took a year ago.

"He's not for sale and no one has knocked on our door yet for him."
