Young calls for fast start

Aston Villa defender Luke Young has warned his team-mates they can't afford another slow start against Litex Lovech in the UEFA Cup.
Villa host the Bulgarian side in a first round encounter on Thursday with the score 3-1 in their favour following the first leg two weeks ago.
But the first meeting wasn't plain sailing for Martin O'Neill's side after they conceded an early opener and Young believes they cannot afford another slow start at Villa Park.
"You don't want to say that Litex surprised us but I think they did a little bit in the first 45 minutes over there. They were the better side," he conceded.
"If Nigel Reo-Coker hadn't scored with virtually the last kick of the first half it could have been a very different game.
"We won't be underestimating them like perhaps we did in the first half. They have some very good players.
"You can't afford to start football matches slowly, especially away from home.
"The home team will get the upper hand and that is exactly what they did."
