Villa recall Shorey from Forest

Aston Villa have recalled left-back Nicky Shorey from his loan spell at Championship side Nottingham Forest.Shorey had been with Billy Davies' side for the past two months, helping them to second in the Championship table as they chase promotion. With first-choice Villa left-back Stephen Warnock absent because of a shin injury, boss Martin O'Neill has opted to recall the 28-year-old.
