Aston Villa have been rewarded for their excellent form in November after Martin O'Neill and Gabriel Agbonlahor won their respective Manager and Player of the Month awards.
Villa won all four of their November games - against Derby County, Birmingham City, Middlesbrough and Blackburn Rovers.
Agbonlahor scored in the 2-1 victory at Birmingham City and 3-0 win on Teesside against Gareth Southgate's side.
O'Neill told Villa's official website: "It means the team must have done pretty well I suppose. It was a good month for us, yet when I looked at it at the beginning, thoughts of winning prizes were few and far between.
"We had three difficult away games and I'm obviously delighted that the month went so well for us. It was a good run and the team played very, very well in that time. If nothing else, this is a confidence booster for everyone."
Agbonlahor added: "I'm really pleased to pick up this award. It's the first time I've won something like this and it's a nice feeling.
"It was a good month for me and a good month for the team. We had a great month, winning all four games and I was just pleased to play my part in that.
"I think the gaffer has helped me a lot as I try to develop my game. He's also helped me confidence-wise."
