Aston Villa goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen is desperate to leave the club and is willing to take a pay-cut so long as he is able to play regular first-team football.
The 31-year-old Denmark international has not played for Martin O'Neill's side so far this season following the arrival of Scott Carson from Liverpool on loan and is frustrated by his lack of action.
"For me the most important thing is to play, I will never choose a higher salary ahead of that," Sorensen told BT.
"In case I don't play anymore at Aston Villa, I am willing to accept a salary reduction to find the right club."
Sorensen has been a regular in Villa's first team for the last four seasons following his transfer from Sunderland in the summer of 2003.
He has made 158 appearances for Villa in his four years with the club.
