Defender Bouma free to exit Villa

Aston Villa defender Wilfred Bouma has been told he is free to leave the club on a free transfer in the summer.Bouma, 31, has been out of action since dislocating his ankle in an Intertoto Cup tie against Danish side Odense at Villa Park in July 2008.
