Aston Villa central defender James Collins could be sidelined for some time after suffering a nasty facial injury during Wales' 1-0 defeat on Montenegro.
Collins was injured during the second half of the game in Podgorica, having seemingly been caught by a flying elbow by Miodrag Dzudovic as the two players leapt for a high ball.
Wales boss John Toshack was far from happy with the challenge, saying: "The James Collins incident, I would like to have a look at that.
"I don't think you get a fractured jaw or a broken nose, or an eye in the condition his is, by falling over on the floor. Something has obviously happened there.
"He is in a little bit of discomfort and he will have to have some X-rays. Those things don't happen by accident."
