Wales v England: James Collins believes passion play will unnerve Three Lions
James Collins believes England will be dreading stepping into the intimidating atmosphere of the Millennium Stadium on Saturday. [LNB]The Aston Villa defender, who is favourite to take the captain's armband for the Welsh after recovering from a calf injury, also said Fabio Capello's men can expect a much tougher match than the last time the two countries faced each other. [LNB]England claimed a 1-0 win in a World Cup qualifier in Cardiff in 2005 but Collins says that with the likes of Gareth Bale and Craig Bellamy in their ranks it will be a different story. 'Our attacking players are as good as any team around. They are certainly going to be cautious and a full house in the Millenium Stadium will be an intimidating atmosphere for them. [LNB]'The boys are looking as sharp as I've seen from a Wales training session.' [LNB]Collins also said Wales had noted the lack of cohesion in Capello's camp regarding John Terry's reinstatement as England captain. [LNB]'England have got a thing going on with the captaincy and a few injuries and pull-outs but we aren't concerned about that much,' he said. 'We are here to think about ourselves and how we are going to beat them.' [LNB]The new chief enlisted professional help to ensure that his side knows Land of my Fathers by heart by drafting in classical singer Courtenay Hamilton last Sunday evening to put his squad through their paces. [LNB]Striker Steve Morison, who qualifies to play for Wales through his grandmother, said: 'Some of the lads like Wayne Hennessey, Aaron Ramsey and David Vaughan are Welsh speakers. Others, like myself, aren't. [LNB]'But our big aim this week is to get the fans back behind us and get the belief back into the squad. If it gives us an extra one per cent, then it can only be a good thing.' [LNB]The mood in the Wales camp is positive - despite their listing at 116th in the FIFA rankings - and Speed will have all his main players fit. [LNB]Bale, who has just had a six-week spell on the sidelines, said: 'I had my first 90 minutes on Saturday and was a bit stiff after the game and the next day.
