Aston Villa's defensive duo James Collins and Richard Dunne are on Wednesday expected to find out the extent of their punishment for being involved in a row with coaching staff during a team bonding day,
The pair have had to explain their actions at club disciplinary panels during the past 48 hours.
Villa could hand out the maximum fine allowed of two weeks wages if they feel the actions of Collins and Dunne merit such stiff action.
Manager Gerard Houllier will stage his weekly press conference at the club's Bodymoor Heath training ground complex late on Wednesday afternoon.
But there is speculation that Collins and Dunne's punishment will be made public ahead of that media briefing.
The alleged bust-up occurred at a health spa in Leicestershire last week with Dunne and Collins making their feelings known to members of the coaching team.
