Villa suffer double blow

Aston Villa players Carlos Cuellar and Nigel Reo-Coker will both be sidelined for up to two weeks.[LNB] The two have suffered from recurring hamstring problems and will almost definitely be ruled out of Villa's FA Cup fifth round clash with Everton on Sunday.[LNB]"Nigel had a setback when he returned to training," Villa manager Martin O'Neill told the Express and Star.[LNB]"He felt pretty good about it, but then he re-injured it. Carlos has had a setback too. It is a problem, he is very sore at the moment.[LNB]"We don't know how long they are going to be, but it might still be a couple of weeks."[LNB]ReturnsHowever, the Premier League high-fliers will be boosted by the probable return of full-back Luke Young, who missed out on an England call-up through a toe injury.[LNB]"Luke will have a better chance of playing now by trying to get it resolved here. I think England understood that," O'Neill added.[LNB]The Villa manager also revealed that Wilfred Bouma is inching closer to a competitive return from the serious ankle injury he suffered in the summer.[LNB]"Wilfred is getting a little closer," he said. [LNB]"He is playing games now and he is thinking less and less about it (the injury), which is obviously very good news."[LNB]
