Aston Villa are preparing to make a move for former Liverpool star Momo Sissoko after the player revealed he is desperate to move elsewhere.[LNB]But the Italian giants are expected to set their asking price at £6million, which might well rule Villa out.[LNB]Sissoko said: 'The directors wanted to sell me at the beginning of the year and sometimes they try to enter into agreements that I do not like.[LNB] On the move? Sissoko in action against Parma last week[LNB]'When competition is healthy, I do not have problems. But it is no longer the case.[LNB]'Del Neri will only pay attention to me when he needs me. Otherwise itis calculated. I do not want controversy, but I'm not a (commercial)good.'[LNB]A recent suspension to Juventus star Felipe Melo may scupper any deal however, as Del Neri may look to Sissoko as a part-time replacement.[LNB]Sissoko may have burned his bridges completely however, saying: 'If someone has disrespected, these are the leaders of Juve to me andvice versa. Accident?[LNB]'They know that they made a mistake with me andnow they invent that I did not play against with Napoli because Irefused to do so. But that is completely false. I did not play isbecause I have inflammation of the quadriceps and did not want to riskhurting myself.'[LNB]Aston Villa recently sold Steve Sidwell to Fulham, and will be on the look-out for midfield reinforcements.[LNB]There is a chance that Sissoko's former club Liverpool might also be interested in making a move.[LNB] Juventus prepared to let Sissoko go to Aston Villa but giants will ask for £6mVilla want Spurs striker Pavlyuchenko as Galatasaray eye Reo-Coker[LNB] [LNB]  Explore more:People: Felipe Melo Places: Liverpool
