Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill believes his new signing Fabian Delph can win a shock place in Fabio Capello's England squad for next summer's World Cup.[LNB]Villa officially unveiled their new signing on Thursday and O'Neill believes the 19-year-old has everything he needs to be a major star in the Barclays Premier League.[LNB] New boy: Fabian Delph has been getting used to hiss new surroundings at Villa Park[LNB] [LNB]He said: 'I am sure it is in the back of his mind that Villa have a number ofplayers who have a chance of getting on that plane at the end of theseason to South Africa.
