ShareSimon Jones is Sportsmail's man on the inside of all the major transfer moves this summer. [LNB]His column, published every weekday, offers an insight into the deals which will be done and those that won't - and why. [LNB]A 5/5-rating means The Insider reckons it's a done deal; 0/5 means The Insider has his mortgage on it not happening.[LNB]Don't miss your daily Insider instalment here.[LNB] HULKPorto to Tottenham THE INSIDER says: 3/5[LNB]DALE JENNINGSTranmere Rovers to Bayern MunichTHE INSIDER says: 4/5[LNB] [LNB]Tottenham are closely considering their striking options. In recent weeks every striker of substance from Dani Osvaldo at Espanyol to Edinson Cavani at Napoli has drawn their attention. [LNB]Barcelona's haggling over a fee for Villareal's Giuseppe Rossi has also rekindled interest in the expensive Italy striker but Hulk's situation is one that is likely to develop over coming weeks. [LNB]Manchester City are big fans of the Brazilian, as are Manchester United, and the departure of Porto coach Andre Villas-Boas is likely to signal a Chelsea move for Radamel Falcao, while 24-year-old Hulk is also ready to leave. [LNB]His buy-out clause is ridiculous at around ?87m but his wages are reasonably low by Premier League standards and that will encourage Tottenham to put a package together to try and tempt Porto while City and United continue to discuss other targets.[LNB]The exciting teenager is ready to make a fairytale move to Bavaria come true. After being released by Liverpool, Jennings doubted whether he would get a shot at the big-time again and certainly didn't think it would come round so soon. Manager Les Parry has guided him through a first professional season and he has turned in a few eye-catching performances with spectacular goals to boot. [LNB]English clubs have had their chance with a couple of offers going in at around ?400,000 and one, rumoured to be from West Ham, for ?600,000 being proposed back in January. [LNB]That failed to persuade Tranmere and instead it is Bayern who have made the strongest move. [LNB]They believe they have found a potential gem that can be turned into a good investment and Jennings is ready to join this week and begin training alongside their illustrious wingers Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben.[LNB]  JOE LEWISPeterborough to West HamTHE INSIDER says: 1/5[LNB]VICENTE RODRIGUEZ Valencia to BlackburnTHE INSIDER says: 3/5[LNB] [LNB]The 6ft 6ins goalkeeper has been on the radar of Premier League clubs for some time and some of the wealthier clubs in the Championship. [LNB]He has developed a decent reputation and earned international recognition with England U21s and director of football Barry Fry has often been signing his praises with rumours of big clubs circling. [LNB]West Ham have been linked but they have reservations about the 23-year-old following a few scouting reports from last season. [LNB]Instead they are more likely to persevere with Robert Green if he is willing to stay and hope to develop a better defence under Sam Allardyce's stewardship. [LNB]Premier League clubs are interested in Green. Aston Villa, West Brom, Newcastle and Manchester City all need goalkeepers of varying degrees as they look for either number ones or understudies yet Green will at least want to ensure he plays every week and that may keep him at Upton Park.[LNB]The talented Valencia winger has had a frustrating past few years after being dogged by ankle, hamstring and thigh injuries. A struggle to recover his full fitness led him to criticise Valencia's medical staff and prompted disciplinary action from his club. Yet is easy to understand his frustration. [LNB]Vicente is now 29 yet was talked about in glowing terms as having the potential to become one of Spain's greats. he prospered under Rafa Benitez but once the injuries kicked in he was unfortunate to be at a club that had such talent as David Silva and then Juan Mata. [LNB]He is now available on a free transfer however, and is looking at a move to the Premier League. Blackburn have made the strongest move for him but there is also interest from Everton, Newcastle, Wigan and Swansea. His wages are not small though and the obvious concern is how he will match up to the rigours and pace of the Premier League after managing just 30 games over the past two seasons. He hopes to decide by Monday where he wants to go.[LNB] Don't miss your daily instalment of The Insider every weekday through the transfer window here at MailOnline.  Club-by-club guide to all the Barclays Premier League summer transfersPREMIER LEAGUE NEW KIT SPECIAL: Strips your team will wear in 2011-12Roma step up chase for Clichy and offer Vucinic to Spurs and BlackburnI'm just not that Inter you: Capello snubs '?20m' post to stay with England[LNB] [LNB]  Explore more:People: Joe Lewis, Robert Green, Simon Jones, Franck Ribery, David Silva, Arjen Robben, Juan Mata Places: Barcelona, Liverpool, Newcastle, Italy, Spain
