Petrov dislocates shoulder

Aston Villa midfielder Stiliyan Petrov dislocated his shoulder in Wednesday's victory over Atlante at the Peace Cup.[LNB] The Bulgaria international was replaced by Marc Albrighton in the 21st minute of the 3-1 win after sustaining the injury in an aerial collision.[LNB]Villa's official website has since reported the problem as a dislocated shoulder, which leaves Petrov facing a spell on the sidelines.[LNB]The 30-year-old is now set to undergo further tests before a period of rehabilitation is set.[LNB]Villa boss Martin O'Neill will view the news as a major setback following Petrov's excellent form last season.[LNB]
