Gabriel Agbonlahor helped Villa bounce back from their early European exit to Rapid Vienna on Thursday, where they won at home but lost the tie on away goals.[LNB]The England striker's pressure forced Fulham defender John Pantsil to head into his own net for the opening goal after three minutes.[LNB]Then Agbonlahor struck the decisive second goal 14 minutes into the second period - his first of the season - to wrap up the points.[LNB]O'Neill told Sky Sports: "It's pleasing to have won at home because our home form wasn't fantastic last season and certainly didn't match our away form. I'm delighted we've won three games in a week.[LNB]"The team - other than Curtis Davies who wasn't fit - who played so brilliantly at Anfield deserved a second crack."[LNB]Asked about the decision to continue with Agbonlahor as a lone striker for the majority of the match, the Northern Irishman added: "I thought if we could get a little bit of help to him from midfield then we would have a chance.[LNB]"We're prepared to go and change the team according to whether we're home and away but on Monday night's performance the side for the most part deserved to go again."[LNB]O'Neill had no update to give on the signing of Richard Dunne, who is expected to complete a move to Villa from Manchester City before the transfer window closes on Tuesday.[LNB]"I've not heard anything today and concentration is totally on the game," he added.[LNB]"(Nineteen-year-old centre-back) Ciaran Clark had a fantastic debut but it would be asking an awful lot of him (to be a regular) - just bedding him in would help.[LNB]"We're obviously trying to add to the squad before Tuesday 5 o'clock."[LNB]Fulham boss Roy Hodgson admitted his side did not deserve to take anything back to west London.[LNB]"I don't think it was a very good performance from our point of view, particularly the first goal which we conceded so needlessly," he said.[LNB]"We were up against a very strong Villa team and were unable to trouble them enough in the first half. In the second half we were slightly better but then conceded the second goal. When that happens, you know it's going to be a long road back."[LNB]Hodgson refused to use their Europa League exertions as an excuse.[LNB]"We've got to learn to deal with it," he said. "We have to find more energy, work harder, get together and play better, make certain we find the necessary running power to at least match our opponents, if not better them."[LNB][LNB]
