igerian star Rabiu Afolabi admits he would relish the chance of moving to England after Aston Villa reportedly failed to sign him in January.[LNB] French sources claim that Villa made a bid to take the 28-year-old towards the end of the transfer window.[LNB]But it is reported that Villa baulked at the £1million asking price, given that Afolabi is out-of-contract at the end of the season.[LNB]Villa are now set to keep close tabs on the former Standard Liege stopper, who has also attracted interest from Stoke City.[LNB]Afolabi admits he is pleased to be linked with a switch to England, and that he admires both Villa and Stoke.[LNB]"I have always wanted to play for a Premier League club, to be linked with Villa is very good, but nothing is done yet," he told skysports.com. [LNB]"Stoke City? They are a good team, however they need to be in the Premier League, so let's wait until the summer.[LNB]"I can't say anything yet, let's wait and see."[LNB]
