Momentum is growing - Lambert

Paul Lambert believes Aston Villa can continue to grow after they stretched their unbeaten run to three games in Saturday's 1-1 draw at QPR. While QPR travel to Lancashire, Villa host Stoke next weekend as Paul Lambert's side look to extend their unbeaten run to four matches. "We are in a little run at the minute," the Villa boss said. "You can stretch it back to Sunderland. In fact, Swindon (in the Carling Cup). "I know we lost but against Man United we played ever so well. The Man City game was what it was (a 5-0 defeat). "We were very good against Arsenal and against Reading we did really, really fine. "Momentum is starting to gather hopefully. The lads are buoyant. Slowly but surely we're starting to get there. "We have to keep building. It's a building process. We'll do it the best we can. I have nothing but praise for the team."
