As the make-or-break phase of the season arrives, many players can begin to suffer from fatigue and are often keen for an opportunity to put their feet up.[LNB]However, Milner - who at 23-years-old has already played more than 200 Premier League games - insists he is not concerned by doing too much too young.[LNB]The midfielder is expected to add to his record haul of 40 Under-21 caps when England meet Norway on Friday and he is looking forward to the prospect.[LNB]Asked if he was concerned by the number of games he has played, Milner said in the Daily Express: "Not at all. You'd be more worried if you're not being selected.[LNB]"Obviously the more successful you are with your club, the more you are going to be playing in cup competitions and at international level.[LNB]"It's great for me to be selected and to be gaining all this experience at Under-21 level and then the full squad. It is only going to help me become a better player."[LNB]Milner, though, does recognise the importance of avoiding tiredness and believes his Villa boss, Martin O'Neill, is well aware of the burnout factor.[LNB]"Don't get me wrong, rest is a massive thing," he added. "I'm lucky to be at a club where the manager gives you the time off and the right amount of rest when you're playing games."[LNB][LNB] Norway U21 v England U21. Click here to bet.
