These days in Britain it only takes a little bit of frost to dust the surface of a football pitch to cause a postponement.[LNB]But in Italy, not even a full-scale blizzard can halt proceedings, as this Serie B match between Livorno and Varese at the Stadio Armando Picchi showed on Tuesday night.[LNB][LNB]As much as it is impressive that the game actually went ahead (and finished), questions must be asked over who decided to play with a white ball?[LNB]As seen in the video, any spectator watching the game (and there wasn't many who fancied freezing in the stands) would have had plenty of trouble seeing what was going on.
